HAMMER RATED 3000+ FOR CHRISTMAS? A post coming from brokersjack from AMD Yahoo! board suggest that Dresden, a.k.a. Fab 30, is already mass producing a 3000+ rated clawhammer for release to public before Christmas. The post also states a supposed name of Athlon ST for the said chip. A while ago, another post from the same poster was announcing the Hammer's production in Dresden, Germany, of 200 wafers weekly. These two posts that can be found here and here, and must be taken with extreme caution due to complete lack of valid sources. Any suggestion for what ST stands for are welcomed here with the best of them will be published below... |
