The U.S. Court of Appeals rejected Intel's efforts to overturn a ruling that Via didn't infringe an Intel patent. The court upheld Intel's patent for chipsets supporting the Pentium III, even as it said Intel licensing agreements were so ambiguous that Via could have been a licensee.
