According to French site 3dChip, the first nForce2 motherboards will be delivered on the 29th in limited quantity. The board made by Leadtek is the WinFAST
K7NCR18D Pro powered by nForce2-ST chipset

- Linus Torvalds prefers x86-64
CNET get some neat confidences on 64Bit from Linux' father Linus Torvalds:
"I really dislike IA-64 (Intel).
I think it's a losing strategy. My personal hope is that
IA-64 withers and dies because there's no point. It performs badly; it's expensive; it's an all-new instruction
set."
and about x86-64: "I find AMD's approach a lot
more interesting, which is to replace a 32-bit Athlon with a 64-bit Athlon...They come from below and eat up all the high-performance big computers"
